General Investigation Services Contract

1. Scope of Services

OEIS shall provide Client with investigative services, including but not limited to written reports, recorded statements, documents, photos, videos, and other related materials. Client agrees that all reports will be submitted and received subject to the conditions of this agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Client agrees to pay for all services rendered, regardless of the investigation’s outcome. No guarantees or warranties are made as to the results. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination without a refund.

3. Confidentiality

All information provided by OEIS is confidential and will not be disclosed without prior written consent, except as required by law.

4. Compliance

OEIS will conduct investigations in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

5. Client Responsibility

The Client agrees not to disclose OEIS’s involvement to any unauthorized third party. Any breach of confidentiality may impact the investigation and result in termination of services.

6. Fees & Retainer

The Client agrees to an initial retainer of $______. Additional fees may apply based on the complexity of the case. If the retainer is exhausted, the Client must provide additional funds for the investigation to continue.

7. Surveillance & Reporting

Surveillance video and images may be captured under challenging conditions. While OEIS strives for the best quality, the nature of surveillance does not guarantee studio-grade production.

8. Legal & Court Appearances

OEIS investigators will not testify in court unless all outstanding balances are paid in full. Court appearances are billed separately at $150 per hour plus travel, lodging, and other expenses as necessary.

9. Agreement Termination

This agreement remains in effect for the duration of the investigation unless terminated in writing by either party. No termination shall prejudice OEIS’s right to collect payment for completed services.

10. Fee Schedule

• $125 – $200 per hour per investigator (rate varies based on case type and complexity).
• $1.00 per mile during investigations.
• Retainer payment via Zelle to info@oeis.us or via credit/debit card (3% processing fee applies).
• Consultation: Free for the first 10 minutes per day, then billed at the hourly rate.
• Court appearances & depositions: $150 per hour plus travel and lodging expenses.
• GPS tracking: $150 per day or $750 per week.
• Administrative fees: 10% of total investigation costs.

11. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property Agreement

All information collected, used, or disclosed during investigations is confidential. The Client agrees not to share or distribute any OEIS materials or investigation findings without written permission.

12. Agreement Acceptance

By signing below or responding via email with “I Agree”, the Client acknowledges and accepts the terms of this contract.
